Psychobiologist and 1981 Nobel Prize winner Roger W. Sperry discovered that the two hemispheres of the brain (left and right) work differently and that the way you think depends on which side is dominant. Based on his research, there are many tests to determine your thought process and personality traits.
The idea is simple, you saw a black and white image above. At first glance, it may seem very abstract but in reality there are two possible readings to distinguish forms. Take the time to observe it carefully. At this point, in order to proceed with the test, you need to know which animal you spotted first to know which result to refer to. Once you have in mind the animal you first saw, scroll down to learn more about how your mind works depending on the animal your eyes spotted.
If it is the head of a tiger, here is what can be said about you:
The left hemisphere of your brain is more active than the right. You are an analytical person, very goal-oriented and organized. When faced with a problem, you tend to be logical, calculating and objective. However, sometimes, because you know that the decision you made was after careful consideration, you tend to be inflexible. It is therefore advisable to listen to the opinion of others and take it into consideration. Remember that a little humility is very helpful.
Your personality traits:
Organized: You do things in a well-planned way, like in a to-do list.
Specific: you have clear goals that do not leave your head and you know clearly which path to take to achieve them.
Rational: Emotions and feelings do not prevent you from achieving your goals and achieving your ends.
Logic: you have an aptitude for mathematics, science and the linking of ideas.
Realistic: Your world is very real. Fairy tales and fiction have no place here. Likewise, no matter how high your goals may seem to others, you know they are realistic and achievable.
If it's the hanging monkey, here's what can be said about you:
The right hemisphere of your brain is more active than the left. You are a creative person who is full of innovative ideas. Faced with a problem, you rely more on your intuition than on your critical thinking. You know perfectly well that every step you take in your life is a lesson for you. To you, the journey is more important than the destination. As you are a dreamer, you often get lost in your own dreamland. It is essential for you to face reality from time to time and pay a little more attention to the world around you.
Your personality traits:
Impulsive: You do things spontaneously. You have a knack for taking an off-the-beaten-track approach.
Emotional: You care a lot about things. You spend time thinking and you act on your feelings.
Creative and artistic: you are gifted in music, the arts and other creative disciplines.
Intuitive: you don't make a to-do list or follow the rules. You solve problems intuitively.
Dreamer: You have lifelong dreams rather than goals and you strive to achieve those dreams, often successfully.
So, do these character descriptions match the person you are in life? If not completely, remember that the two hemispheres of the brain do not work in isolation, but work together and complement each other. So, even if you seem to possess more traits identifiable with one of the hemispheres, you surely also possess traits from the other hemisphere.
