BOOBA BREAK HIS CONTRACT WITH PUMA BECAUSE OF UKRAINE
Booba slams the door. For several days and Vladimir Putin's decision to attack Ukraine, economic sanctions have been increasing against Russia.
Many companies have notably announced that they will suspend their activities in the country. Puma, a German sports equipment manufacturer, went in this direction this Saturday, March 5.
The brand announced in a press release "temporarily suspending the operation of all its stores in Russia", which represents a hundred points of sale. Pumaalso “suspends its contract with the Russian Basketball Federation with immediate effect”.
This decision was not really appreciated by Booba, brand ambassador since November 2020. On Instagram, the French rapper announced his decision to break his contract with the equipment manufacturer.
"You break up, I break up. We didn't sign for that. If you're in politics, we have to do it too. But know that in the event of an attack... the response... will be there...", he said . posted in two different publications.
In a story, Booba was particularly virulent towards the brand.
"You've all freaked out, you think you're resisting the Czars and nuclear power with 100% cotton, hanging yourself directly is better," he said.
